Creativity and flexibility have never been more important than during this unusually challenging time. I offer tele-therapy services through an online, secure video platform system; or I can provide sessions in-home, in a traditional office setting, or outdoors for “walk & talk therapy.” Oftentimes, families choose to meet at their homes, where I can work with their children in the most natural, applied setting.
Other times, clients will prefer to meet in a neutral, community-based setting, like the beach or a park, where they can achieve the utmost freedom and relaxation in a refreshing, outdoor environment. Generally, I prefer to meet in the most practical and comfortable setting for each client, though health and safety precautions and discretion will be the top priority at this time.
My Rates
Initial phone consultation: FREE
Psychotherapy; Parent Training; School Consultations; Social Skills Training: $165 per hour
Functional Behavior Assessment: Package rate can be customized and tailored to meet your specific needs.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider with private insurance companies and do not directly bill your insurance provider. All forms and records are kept online in a secure EHR (Electronic Health Record) system, which gives you immediate access to any billing and payments records. If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may receive reimbursement for my services depending on your out-of-network provider benefits. Upon payment after each session, I can provide you with “superbill” documentation which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Because coverage will vary based on your plan, I recommend you call your insurance provider and ask the following questions prior to your first appointment:
• Do I have mental/behavioral health insurance benefits?
• What are my out-of-network provider benefits for mental/behavioral health services?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval or pre-authorization required?

I am a credentialed vendor of the Regional Center to provide Behavior Analysis (612) services.
